About

Bryan Scott McMillan has lived a life defined by faith, perseverance, and compassion. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, he grew up in humble circumstances that shaped his belief in discipline, faith, and the power of hard work. Guided by lessons learned from a devoted mother and a father who overcame adversity, Bryan built a foundation of resilience that would later anchor his life’s mission: helping others overcome their own hardships. After a successful career as a global business executive, Bryan shifted his focus toward service. Following the passing of his wife to cancer, he turned personal tragedy into purpose, founding Families with Holes, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing counseling and emotional support for grieving families. Bryan also serves as a long-standing volunteer at The WARM Place, a nonprofit providing grief support for children, and at Camp Sanguinity, a summer program for kids battling cancer and blood disorders. His volunteerism extends through Keystone Church, where he has been an active leader for over a decade — mentoring families and helping others find strength through faith. Today, as a Christ follower, early retiree, and mentor, Bryan leads by example, encouraging others to pursue health, spiritual fulfillment, and joy in every chapter of life. His passions include fitness, faith, travel, and healthy living, reflecting a holistic philosophy of success — one built on gratitude, discipline, and service to others.
